How long does an appointment last?
A standard appointment is around 45 minutes to an hour, which gives us time for a thorough assessment and hands-on treatment.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment of your condition. We discuss your goals, explain what's going on, and build a personalised treatment plan, then start treatment the same day.

No referral is needed. You can book directly online, by phone or on WhatsApp, and we offer same or next-day and Saturday appointments.
